Diet does play a large role in controlling and preventing gout, so depending on your daily intake, you can either increase or reduce your risk of gout.</p>
<p>Gout can be congenital (present at birth), occurring in family history or caused by obesity and other health factors. It is also more prevalent among men and those who are 40 to 60 years of age. If you can relate to any of these then you may want to focus on preventive measures.</p>

For many centuries native Brazilians have been using this particular fruit which has helped them to remain fit and healthy. Even today this particular berry remains a very popular health and energy food and t is now readily available to others around the world.  Below we provide you with some more facts concerning this particular fruit.As well as containing good levels of Omega 6 and Omega 9 this particular berry also contains large amounts of fiber, calcium and vitamins.  Yet compared to many other fruits that we consume it has very low amounts of calories.  Many doctors have found that not only can this particular berry help to fight leukemia, but can also help to slow down premature ageing as well as increase a person&#8217;s libido. But the truth is that apples are not the best source of this key vitamin. Some say the greatest vitamin in the world is vitamin C.</p>
<p>Vitamin C can be found in a wide range of fruits and even vegetables. So there&#8217;s no reason why everyone can&#8217;t get their daily dose from something they enjoy eating. In fact, there are so many good sources that you could get yours from a different food every day of the month!</p>
<p>Some of the best foods for getting vitamin C may surprise you. Sure apples are fine with their 6 mg of vitamin C per 100 grams of fruit. But even the humble orange compares well with 53 mg, beating out grapefruits with their 34 mg What could be better than oranges?<br />
